It's just a glitch from a users avatar-the forms get the image association mixed up.

I have never seen this occur, I would say that it is just a graphic glitch so reloading the page or ignoring it would be your best bet, there have been quiet a bit of graphic glitches as of late so don't worry about it

I never got this glitch before. It is pretty funny though. Usually if I get a glitch I either see no collectibles or they randomly appear in the middle of a post. This is what happens if you try to view this forum on a 3ds.
