Hi! I don't considered this cheating, but is kind of an easy way out.
To complete the DIY Furniture achievement/badge you will need to craft 3000 furniture items, which for most are a lot, but there is a way to get it basically free.
You will need
1 document stack item (nooks cranny)
1 document stack DIY
1 scattered papers DIY
How to:
1 Have 1 document stack item in your bag
2 Craft scattered paper (You only need 1 document stack)
3 Craft document stack (You only need 1 scattered papers)
4 Repeat
Hope this help people that are not too fond of crafting in the game, it will take a while, but you won't need any materials.
