ZOMG CAN'T YOU HARDLY WAIT 'TIL IT'S DONE PROCESSING?!

Yes, my alternate account is nannerpi. =P When the video finishes being processed, you'll see that the chroma key isn't that great. Yeah, I'm still working on it. It's just a few short scenes from the video, but I know you can see what I'm making. XD

EDIT: ZOMG IT'S PROCESSED!

EDIT 2: NO, THAT IS NOT ME! XD

Okay, I am not trying to be mean at all here.

From a film student's perspective- 0/10.
From a viewer's perspective- 0/10.

I had no idea what the hell was going on. Total and udder confusion. I did not ever feel even the slightest inclination to laugh once. This reminded me of a school project I did in the fourth grade. Bad shots, poor angles, ridiculous zoom technique, terrible acting, bad green screen, non-existent lighting and an aimless- and I use this term loosely- 'story'.

In all seriousness and non-meanness, just constructively, find a new hobby.

Dude...you're not familiar with YouTube Poop, are you? The Philips CD-i? ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPshiZLUwAY[/url]

I'm recreating the HORRIBLE cutscenes from those atrocious Zelda CD-i games. It's supposed to be bad.

No, I'm very well aware of them.

It's still not good at all.

Oh my, my friend would love this because he's like obsessed with youtube poops based on that. XD;;
P.S. your friend in the video reminds me of someone... I think it's some guy who was in a movie or something. :0

...It's supposed to be a remake of them. They are terrible, so my video will be. But what's really bad is Alex's acting... I think I'm gonna reshoot everything, but with a twist... I will act out all the characters. I just know the scenes so well... I can recite them in my sleep. And I know how to act it out right. But I can't force someone else to act it out perfectly. I guess if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.

If you are remaking something like this, it should still be funny.

Here are some tips to help the video out-
1: Use a green screen correctly
2: Get some lights
3: Get someone who can act
4: Make it not terrible
5: See 4
6: Make it funny
7: See 6
8: Trash video idea

First of all, as I said in the first post, the chroma keying isn't finished. I just quickly added chroma key effect to the clips that I had and put it on YouTube so I could share it here. And I'm using very good lights. I filmed this in my school's studio. Alex can act...but not perfectly. When I do it, it'll be better. And it can only be as funny as the original, which, unless pooped...isn't really.

Just because you have good lights doesn't mean you're using them correctly. Listen, I'm going to school to become a cinematographer.

You wouldn't show someone your half finished film, would you? All that this displayed to me was that you could hit record on a camera, dress up like an idiot, and use a green screen.

And that's pretty much all I did. IT'S A CD-i REMAKE, FOR PETE'S SAKE! I was just excited tell people about it. =P

Again, this video isn't supposed to be the greatest. My goal is to get it to be used by other poopers. I am very capable of making better movies. I'm going to school for media, too. The only thing is...I never finish movies that I start. >.< But now that I have my own camera and a MacBook with Final Cut Express, I should be able to get more done. If I had the skills and equipment I have now back when I made A Bad DWiim (and if I had more time), it would've been great. Here's what I finished:
<object type='application/x-shockwave-flash' width="250" height="250" data='http://www.youtube.com/v/548pc0yCeqA'>
<param name='AllowScriptAccess' value='never' />

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=548pc0yCeqA

There are many obvious flaws, but you don't even know HOW hard it is to work with my brother... Getting him to act in a video for me is HELL. And if he does do it, I can't take more than one take of each scene of else he'll quit, and you can't make a good movie without many different takes.

What I don't get is, if you knew it was gonna suck, and wouldn't be funny at all, or anything good...

Why make it? Some crappy movies are funny, but if you're not aiming for comedy, then why bother? And if you are... Just...
