a few questions about a second copy??

hi!! i think im going to go get a second copy for cycling and clover farming/ hybrid breeding.

my number one question is:
if i change the GAME CLOCK(NOT THE 3DS CLOCK) on my second copy to a year ahead, does it make my other copy go a year ahead too?? it may sound stupid but im actually pretty worried about it o:

another question:
is it hard to manage two towns?? like, is cycling fun?? does it ruin the whole game experience??

of course, my main town is a non-cheat non-time travel town. that's what i plan for my second copy to revolve around.

Ingame time stays separate in towns. I have three towns, all on different dates. xD;

I find cycling (like, indiscriminate about who moves in cycling) to be pretty boring. I can also never remember how many times I've gone a year forward. .-. TTing to find specific villagers and/or grow hybrids or items in stores is much more interesting for me. But this is all just personal opinion. There are sooo many cyclers out there that surely a lot of people must find it fun. o:

2. I don't have 2 towns but I do know that cycling -is- boring. The reward for it is worth it though.
