There's a Bunny Day item that isn't a DIY recipe so is easy to miss. If you trade 1 of every type of egg to Zipper, you can get a Bunny Day Basket.
If you want to get rid of excess eggs after making all of the recipes (make sure to do it AFTER getting the Bunny Day Arch, Wobble Toy, and Wand from Zipper), I would suggest crafting them into Bunny Day furniture or clothes and selling those to Timmy/Tommy instead of the eggs themselves. You will get twice the amount of bells.
