First off, i am only accepting lurkers and not cycling because I just got my new game and I need to get everything started! This thread will be following this tier list.(All credit goes to Chrystina!) Once i get enough villagers, lurkers and my town is set up I will start selling and cycling villagers! *Just a notice you can only lurk for 2 villagers at a time. This is the part nobody likes (including me) you guessed it rules! Ill make them short and sweet so you can be on your way to buy your villager!

1.) When you arrive at my town do not wonder off. I will flick the switch and give a bad rating.
2.) If you want to you can check the map to see if the villager there is the one you want.
3.) Send the tbt after you get the villager but before you leave so both have no chance of getting scammed.
4.) Put "Turtle" in your post so I know you read the rules!
5.) Please leave a good rating and I will do the same!
