9th Villager?

I restarted my game awhile ago and I've been doing that reset trick to try and get my dreamies. But this morning when I TT'd to the next day at 8am there was no ninth villager D; .Is it because another villager moved in yesterday?

That'll be exactly why. Usually the 9th villager moves in the day after the 8th villager unpacks. However, the ninth villager can take up to a week to appear. If you don't see the house plot, just save the game (so that it doesn't randomly generate when you load your mayor) and try again tomorrow.
