Okay, well do you know where you register a friend? On your 3DS (or 2DS) you go to the home screen, and near the top of the bottom screen there should be an orange square-shaped smiley face. You probably already knew that, though. Then you click register friend, and then 'internet' and enter my friend code 1049 3312 1928
after that, i'll open my gates and you can visit my town from the train station
