Yes it does increase it to something like 1 in 250

Yeah i got this ditto specifically for mesuda, managed to get a lot of shinies out of it ♡

Its 6IV level 100, japanese and shiny, so it meets literally all requirments for mesuda

As for the offer i think im going to pass ;^; sorry..
