I don't know about retail sales, you must realize of course the 3ds's lifespan has ended by now so it's unlikely there will be sales, but there IS the Nintendo Select version where it's $20 instead of the usual 40

And a little heads-up, GET WELCOME AMIIBO, that's the best version where it was updated, the old New Leaf is inferior

I think Wallmart still sells New Leaf for like $30 on their site.

I'm pretty sure you can update the old version to welcome amiibo, it's a free update.
