So what I'm trying to do is contact an eBay seller.
I press "contact seller" below their details on the product, but it just takes me to my watch list??

I got it up the first time and pressed send on the message, but it didn't go through and end up in my sent box ;; grr

If someone can be nice enough to solve my problem, I'll give you my TBT hahaha idk

Update: I've tried downloading the app, but this is what comes up when I press send

I don't buy much at eBay, but call customer service or something and ask them? or keep refreshing the page, restart your computer or something until the page shows up? xd

Aah thanks, I would, but they only have a phone number and I'm way too embarrassed to call them...I don't even like talking to my mum over the phone lmaoo

Could you PM me some screenshots of where you're at (Black/Edit out any personal info)? Have you already bought/received the item? Are you at the page where it asks if you want to return, exchange, or get a refund, or contact the seller? I can't make out quite where you are.

If the message you sent was in your Sent box, then its likely the message sent and they haven't seen it yet. If its marked that it hasn't been sent yet, or its in an "outgoing" box, then it hasn't been sent.

If its asking you to fill out some more sections in your profile, then do that. If you don't want personal information on it just make some stuff up.

If all else fails, clear your history/cache/saved passwords/cookies etc and exit your browser, then try again. If this doesn't work I suggest you have a friend or family member contact eBay for you.
 
if you don't want to call customer support, you can also try emailing them. It may take ages for companies like that to respond, but eh it's worth a shot if nothing else works xD

ahh i just noticed you said they only have a phone number x.x oh well, i tried to help, hopefully someone else can give better advice

And as you see from the picture, I've clicked on the item and scrolled down.

My sent box is empty T-T

And it's not asking anything at all, just going straight to my watch list

Perhaps log out and clear everything like I stated above and try again. My guess is its just a glitch or something. If not see if you can contact the seller another way, through personal email or phone (sometimes on their items descriptions they'll leave their email or a way of contact, fax or something).

You said you tried on both your browser and the app? Maybe try the ol' delete and redownload with the app.

I've cleared everything, and it's still the same ripp
I also checked to see if they have an email or whatever, but nope!
I also have done the app thing before, but that's also the same...//sigh maybe I should just buy it anyway haha and chance it

The only other thing I can think of is email eBay's customer support. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help.
 
By the looks of the mobile error, you need to provide more detail before you can do anything. Have you tried stretching out your words?

Try a couple of things:

1) try a different browser.....if you are using IE, firefox, chrome, etc.

2) Try from a different item. Go to another item that the user is selling, and then at the bottom try the contact seller. If it takes you to where you can email, then just ask the question for the other item (and just tell them you are having issues).

3) go to the mailbox, and try to use the link "Find and Contact Member" and see if that works better.

Also, be sure that you are NOT using the mobile app.....I have never had luck with the mobile app with anything except basic bidding.

oh, and make sure that pop-ups are not disabled, they may be throwing up an error and your browser is blocking it.
 
If you can't contact him from ebay, try contacting him by another method, like his e-mail or his phone.You can probably find that in the info of the seller

Or you could just copy his username, go to "Messages", write a new message, and paste his name in the Receiver text box thing.
