3. You must be comfortable with me coming to your town to drop off the bells. (Make sure you have enough room)
4. Your void must be clear
5. You must be available some time on Thursday, Sept. 8th. (That is when I will draw winners)

EDIT: If someone has recently moved from your town and you are unsure if they've moved into someone else's town, your void may not be clear. If you are unsure if your void is clear or not, this is a simple fix as I have a second town that you may drop your void into to ensure no surprise move-ins from either end.
