4th Level Glitch

Does anyone know if the popular 4th level glitch from 1.3 still works in the newest update? I'm a late loser to the 4th level teraforming glitch and am desperate for assistance.

I just tried it and it works, but make sure not to put any flowers up there in case they patch it out because you can't remove flowers with the cleanup service

I will just do anything for a 4th level waterfall. I'll do a crime for a 4th level waterfall.

Just want to update everyone that I did it! Very big accomplishment, but I also learned it does not allow for 4th level waterfalls, so I'll just have to be happy with what I've got
