I've been so depressed i've spent 4hours in a dark room staring into the blade of a kitchen knife contemplating suicide (i know, sounds emo stupid etc. i know that now...but life WAS *censored.2.0* for me then).
I dealt with that on my own, it took awhile but i managed.
Keep your head up, make a funny phrase (i did, i used to say '*censored.3.0* a doodle doo' when i was sad, i still laugh every time). When your sad, repeat it.

Yeah, I remember that time...
I thought EVERYONE hated me (friends had been backstabbing so i barely trusted anyone), If anyone tried to help i took it as them trying to take the piss.
I was having flashbacks of the most horrific time of my life, a time i have blamed myself for ever since.
My Partner was leaving me, my best friend didnt want to talk to me, my Family (grandads etc) where being *****es and degrading me.
My mother was constantly putting me down.
So yeah.
