I mean not on consoles because I don't have the adapter for it but when I'm on my PC I always have my headphones on. It gives me more privacy and a lot better sound quality which helps me immerse myself with the game.
 
No not usually, i would only wear headphones if i don’t want to bother others with the noise from my games
