3DS Won't Start

Oh, I'm so screwed.

So, I just updated my New 3DS XL to the newest version (so I could give somebody Marshal), and now it's not working. It turns on, but I just get a black screen. Nothing ever happens. I'm really not sure what to do now.

Pretty sure that the update process got screwed at one point while the system still was connected to the Internet. Have you tried to hold the L, R, A and D-Pad Up while powering the system on? It'll force the system to update your firmware properly.

Can't really add anything to this mine did something similar once and this seemed to fix it. another thing you might want to try is leaving it powered on till the battery runs out and then recharging it. It might come one then.

Thanks for your help, everyone! Fortunately, I managed to fix it. I just had to take the SD card out and put it back in.
