3DS Internet Connection Help

So today I did the 3DS system update to 9.5.0-23U... and now my 3DS won't connect to the internet. I've tried deleting & re-adding the connection, resetting my router, and nothing helps. My laptop and phone are both connecting fine, so I know it's my 3DS that's the issue.

Every time I try to connect, I get error code 003-2001. I tried googling it but every help link seems to be broken. 0.0
I have a Linksys EA3500 router.

Please help.

I have great internet and today it's been acting funny with my Wii U and 3DS. I suggest sending Nintendo a support ticket with that error code and explain with any details you can about the situation. Might take a week for a response but hopefully they can give you some help with what to do when something like that happens.

i've been having the same exact problem, my phone and computer work fine but not my 3ds :/
