oh my god, I've almost done this so many times, along with putting the town name as my mayors name. I've been map resetting for over a day now and I'm pretty sure I'll end up making a mistake like this when I finally find a map! xc​

Oh haha I've done the same thing, only I wasn't finding perfect map, I was trying to get a hairstyle and colour I could live with until I unlocked shampoodles! I got a nice short hair (I don't actually like either of the female short hair very much though) and I forgot to say I'm not a guy....
Ended up with the shortish hair that points out at the sides....

ahh I used the face guide, figured I wanted the right eyes because I can change my hair later, eye style can't be changed later.

ended up restarting to look for another perfect map since the face I picked the male ver doesn't have lashes ; ^;

omg i did this in City Folk i was so excited to get the game i was rapidly pressing the A button on the Wii Remote and i didnt notice i set myself to boy.... so i ended up with a boy character named Rachel

I had a good chortle at this. I appreciate how acnl let's you have the opposite gender's hair and clothing. I mean, what is gender but a construct of society... also it means you don't get hit on by Kapp'n as much (aha).

My recent mistake: I was so excited to get Bettina and then when I was resetting, I goofed and logged in as the mayor, locking her house into a less than ideal spot, and crushing my spirits FOR THE NIGHT.

I don't get what we're supposed to vote on. The tiers are based on villager popularity, not how much we like certain villagers. There are Tier 1 villagers I don't like but I know they're T1 because lots of people like them.

Are we supposed to vote based on our personal preference? Example: I don't get why a certain villager is so popular or unpopular so I vote for a higher or lower tier.

Or are we supposed to vote based on how popular they look? Example: I see a certain villager being requested as much as a villagers in higher tiers so that villager should be moved up to reflect how popular they are.

I'm not putting down your poll, I really don't know what I'm supposed to be voting on.

Vote solely based on what you prefer! Try to erase the current tier list from your mind XD
Thats mainly why I don't want to post results now, or that it doesn't show after voting, because other's would be influenced on other villager's votes.

Basically... if you were to have your own tier list, how would you make it? Vote based on that.

That's kind of hard to say because I the tiers don't mean anything about the villagers, just about how many people look for them on here. Sometimes people just seem to be really invested in the idea that if a villager they like is in a low tier, it's some kind of insult to that villager.

I'll just treat the tiers in your form as a 1-6 scale for rating which villagers I like if that's ok.
