They are really simple designs + coloring. I would say 50 - 100 tbt for a start!
I think the arms in the first example looks like they have an awkward placing.

Ah I know (T▽T) I can't get arms or hands right yet, so I'm looking for advice on it.I'm still a little new to drawing so I'll definitely look into some coloring techniques too. Thanks for your opinion.

Ah its great that you started practicing some more on anatomy~ I don't think you coloring is that bad but then again, i've never used my 3ds to draw/color. I'll have to agree with oreo, around 50-100 btb in the beginning~ I could give you some of my coloring techniques if you want ;A;

//ya i hate drawing hands and arms

Oh, some coloring tips would be great, thanks so much! :'D the app I'm using only has four tools, (eraser, solid pencil, spray paint, and a last tool I can't really describe, it looks somewhat like chalk) so its a bit hard for me to think about how I'm gonna color something. arms and hands will forever be my enemy o(╥﹏╥)o

if you need tips on coloring skin you can see my tutorial on my requests thread. Instead of blending, you can probably use the spray paint tool c:

That chalky tool is so ugly in my opinion. I rarely or almost never us it. It looks so blurry. ;~;

looks pretty cute!
the arms indeed look a bit awkward tho
they seem too long? its about the right length but probably bc its a chibi idk?
for chibis i usually sketch something like this first:

and then you can like

for arms hanging down you can basically just do a line ?
i suck at any sort of tutorial ahah

... ok tho for your first pose hands hanging down would look a little weird [x]
i wanted to be helpful but i ended up just sketching randomly
