2nd floor museum HELP

so i have over 20 donations in each section. i have been mayor since april 12th and blathers still will not think about the 2nd expansion. does anyone know how i can get the expansion?

did you donate something from diving? i'm p sure that affects it and i didn't think to do that the first time that i wanted to upgrade my museum.

you have to donate or talk to him everyday. not sure which it is lol but yeah.

Also, did you donate any art? I once didn't get his request because I had donated everything but a stupid piece of art. Redd kept selling gullible me fake art for weeks... >_<
