2nd Characters Names

So I had restarted my town only a few days ago, and I have my new town. I want to make some 2nd characters early on, keeping one space empty for plot-resetting. I need a name for them, though. I'm thinking, because my town name is Cerulean, that I should name one of my characters after Misty, the Water-type Cerulean City Gym Leader from Pokemon Red and Blue. Do you like that idea? If so, that's two characters down, two to go. I want another boy and another girl character too. And that's where you guys come in. If you have any good ideas for both a male and female character name, please list it here! And if it's from a video game or something, please explain what they're from.

Will Misty be the mayor or will she be just a resident? If you make yourself the mayor and her just a resident you can just move Ash in! If Misty is the mayor then you could always make Bill and Nurse Joy your residents!

Assuming you named your mayor a boy's name: Ash, Misty, and Dawn maybe? Girl mayor: Ash, Brock, and Misty.

You could try naming the other chars after her sisters, lol.
