I would say every few hours. He stated twice every twelve hours at most but most people don't do that. every 2 hours should be ok- gives others a chance to get theirs to the top of the board too

Just a heads up this would of maybe been more suitable under selling because you aren't 100% sure that you will sell the items so it's a bit unfair, but you're the OP! I'm not trying to rain on your parade but these are 7-11 so I understand a bit
