This is a really awesome idea for a giveaway. Not to get way too personal/melodramatic sounding or anything, but I've had a lot of trouble trying to stay positive these last couple weeks and frankly have let depression get the best of me. Seeing this post and taking a second to reflect upon the things that make me appreciate life was very uplifting in a way. Nonetheless, I am grateful for:

1. My parents. They've always supported me in my times of need, provide me with comfort/shelter and opportunities, and they love me unconditionally. I am extremely lucky to have people in my life that want nothing more than to see me happy.
2. Animals in general, including my own little puppy, Merlin. My volunteer work with an animal rescue organization has brought me so much happiness.
3. My best friend. Even though I've only known her little over a year, she has stuck with me through thick and thin and is always willing to provide a shoulder to cry on.

Thanks for doing this.

I am grateful for:

1) I am grateful for my lovely parents. He really worked really hard when I was little. Every day, they were sewing clothes and really have to make fast to drop them in the shop of their former boss. It was really painful for them because they had no time to rest and they had no choice to keep working for him because he did not speak their languague well at that time ... ( ; - ; ) thank you dad and mom.

2) I am grateful for my little sister. She is always with me when I have a difficult time. We had to grow very fast because we know that our relative suffered enough at the time when we were very small so we are always together for both.

3) I am grateful for the friends of my parent. They help us to get out of this old life by staying for a while in their house and then lending money to find an apartment near the city.Thank you

Thank you very much for this giveaway and wish you a happy year ~

1. i'm grateful to be a person who doesn't have major difficulties in life. sure, i have a few problems, but it's in the way that i'm really happy that i can see, hear, smell, feel and taste. (even if i'm hypersensitive with a few senses, haha)
2. i'm grateful to have a talent to draw decently and speak and write in an articulate way. i normally draw architecture and it's working out for me. i'm still young and it's nice to hear some members of TBT compliment my work.
3. friends online. since i struggle with being brought up by and with people that don't have the same ideas and smarts as i do, i also struggle with the friendship groups they have. but online i can talk and laugh with people on voice chats and just texting on google+ or something it's pretty neat

thanks for doing this giveaway! i hope i have some luck.

I am grateful for my pet rat 'Yasha' - I adopted her and her sister 'Miko' last spring from a reptile feeder store. They were being kept in nightmarish conditions and so they were absolutely overjoyed to become such spoiled little pets. It's really cute to find your little ratto just chilling out in your sock drawer... just sayin'
I am also thankful for the new Childish Gambino album for filling a void I didn't know I had. So many things!!

1. I'm grateful for my parents. I might not tell them how much they mean to me as often as they'd like me to, but I love them. They gave me the best things one could wish for: education, food, affection, a roof above my head... And even though I might come across as selfish sometimes, I genuinely am grateful for everything they've done for me.

2. I'm grateful for my boyfriend. It's been two amazing years thanks to him and I've come to realize that I don't need a lot of people around me to feel good; if he's around, it's alright. I don't need anyone else.

3. I'm grateful for all the motivations and dreams that have pushed me forward in the past, do that now and will do in the future. I'd be living a very dull life otherwise, and they help me look forward to whatever's waiting for me in the future.

I am gratefull for:

- By unprejudiced people; (i not really good in english, in portuguese means : pelas pessoas n?o preconceituosas)
- By comprehensive people;
- and by my friends that are both.

1. I'm grateful for my family. My parents, my grandparents, my uncles/aunts and cousins... I love all of them so much and I feel deeply attached to them. They've always believed in me and support me, and none of them have never let me down. Of course the one I'm most grateful for must be my mother. I'm sure all of us can read this sentence and agree: "My mom is the best mother".

2. I'm grateful for my dog. He's been in great measure the responsible for the person I've become. He has taught me what really means selfless love, persistence, the importance of companions and the effects of age that will change us all.

3. I'm grateful for my teachers and their lessons. I'd never achieve anything in life if not for them. I strongly believe teachers have a very important role in life (as important as family and friends) and I've had very good ones, luckily.

4. Last but not least, I'm grateful for my boyfriend. He has shown me a new type of feelings I didn't know I had, a very new world. With him, every day is special.

Thank you so much for this! You are very generous! c:

I am grateful for:
*Today's technology. Technology has helped create the fantastic world we live in today. This includes medical equipment, manufactured items and just my 3ds in general, I am so happy that I was born in this incredible time period!
*My education, even though I take it for granted, I am learning the skills that I will need for adulthood. Not a lot of people can say that they have that opportunity.
*My house, and the roof over my head. <3

Alright this is amazing. I don't want to enter your giveaway but I wanted to let you know how great I think your idea is anyways. C:

I love this idea, it's really original! :D

1. I know this sounds dumb, but I'm thankful for all the video games we can dive into to forget our real life problems and just enjoy some time in a different universe.
2. I am thankful for the internet, which despite being put in a bad light let's us and many others find people with the same interests and find friends we would never be able to talk to otherwise.
3. And of course I'm thankful for friends and family who supported me through so much and are just the best people i could wish for! <3

1) I am grateful for my boyfriend. He filled a giant gap of loneliness that had made my life miserable every day for 2 years. He had been with me despite the horrible person I was and somehow saw something worth dealing with my B.S. for.
2) My boyfriend's family has shown me so much in life and given me a different reason to live. My life will never be normal again.
3) Dr. Pepper. If Dr.Pepper didn't exist, I don't think I could exist.

Three things I am grateful for:

1. My ability to stand up and go to sleep. Dealing with chronic pain has ruined a lot of my life, but I've recently met another indigenous woman who deals with chronic pain (and other health issues) and has trouble getting up because the pain is so bad, and also stays up so very late as a side-effect of the medications she takes. I never realized what a blessing it is to be able to walk despite feeling as though my pain is at the 9/10 level.

2. The fact that I have a roof over my head. Losing the family home to greed after my uncle's death has utterly destroyed me. It's not depression, it's something different that I can't quite put my finger on, but it feels worse than the feeling after someone dies. It's like the largest portion of my life is missing and just writing this has put me in tears. I miss my house, I miss my home. But even through this I have been blessed that we found an apartment we could afford - and through additional hardship have been lucky enough to keep. And my stepmom has been so willing to let me live with her in order to get better healthcare and schooling, despite struggling to pay her bills already.

3. Having internet access. After being unable to pay the internet and cable bill at the apartment I realized what a blessing it is to actually have access. Even my people don't have internet access, and it's selfish of me to have never worried about that until I had to face only having a cellphone (another blessing.) The fact that I can come here when I am sick and have nothing else to do is so amazing, the fact that I can get on Twitter when I'm upset to vent or need a laugh is amazing, the fact that I can review products online & test for companies I love so long as I have internet is amazing. I am so grateful.

1. I am grateful for my pets. They always lift my spirits up when I am feeling lonely.
2. I am grateful for my family.
3. I am grateful for my Faith in others and to my savior.

This is an excellent way to do a giveaway...it shows a little effort and awareness to the more important matters in life.
I am grateful for the following:

1. The fact that I have the trait of being able to listen to and understand others, and being able to empathize instead of not caring nor sympathizing. And generally the acceptance of life's different paths.
2. My family and friends, of course. And anyone who has left some sort of impact on me.
3. Having easy access to life's necessities and more.

I am grateful for:

Being alive, or something close to it.
The ability to survive this long in the game we call life
The holidays, where we can relax and such.

This is very kind of you, you've also made me realise that we should be more grateful about each year that comes by!

This year, I've been grateful...

For the new friends I've made this year. I found a group of friends who I've become very close to. I am someone who has found it hard to become friends with people, and as I'm getting older, I feel like that will becoming more challenging each year to find friendships in people that you can really open up to and just really be yourself with. That group of friends are people from different places, not all being close to me, but I am still very grateful for being accepted into the friendship by many.

For becoming a better me. I have pushed myself to the ultimate hardest on being motivated to get myself a job. Not only have I already done voluntary work this year, but I am now more motivated than ever to find a job in the career path I have picked for myself. I have become quite confident with meeting new people which is a HUGE step out of my comfort zone! I am becoming more and more polite and showing people my potential!

For realising what I need in life. We all go through rough patches in our life, both of the biggest patches this year was relationship problems and health problems. But I am very convinced that I have found what I need to avoid next time, and what my goal is. Everyone should focus on the biggest things that they have going in life and to me, that is what's important in life. Life is the longest thing we have, whilst others say it's short, no matter what it is to people - We do what we should do to make ourselves happy!

tumblr_inline_o19n3uSYbr1stmbqz_500.gif Happy holidays everyone!

The three things I'm grateful for:
1. I was very sick for 4 months this year, and I'm thankful for the doctors who were able to finally identify the problem and give me a treatment that worked.
2. I'm thankful I have a mother who cares for health and nutrition, and is a good gym buddy.
3. I'm thankful that I haven't given up on my dreams, and continue trying to be a better artist, no matter how frustrated or discouraged I get.

A bit cheesy/cliche, but
1. My family! I wouldn't be anywhere close to where I am without them <3
2. Video games! They help me pass the time!
3. The fact I have plenty of food and drink to help me live!
