You already get a whole snowman.
Just go build a regular snowman during winter.
If it turns out right, the snowman will come alive and give you a piece of the Snowman Furniture set. One of which, is a snowman.

So guys, the website was updated today and, the DS Lite Bench is for Wild World's Anniversary. I'm just saying this so that it clears things up.
