16 cycle quick questin please help ^^

so if they are no longer in my main street at all , does that mean they are out of the 16 cycle and i can get them again?

Well, I think even if they're not on your main street, it doesn't mean the cycle is complete. At least it didn't for me with O'Hare...

I don't know if there's any way to really know based on the game; I think that's why people usually keep logs of their move-outs so they can keep track.

Not a great design choice on Nintendo's part, to be honest.

No for sure way other than writing down the villagers you've moved out manually sadly. The villagers that pop up on your main street is too random to tell ><

Marina was gone from Main Street when I was at 15. So if the villager just disappeared, you are close but not definitely there.
