But this is not how you use the giveaway prefix.

[Giveaway] Tag: Create a thread using this tag if you have a villager in your town to be adopted for free.

You can look at the cycling threads if you want a villager like the ones above for free. A lot of us cyclers are pretty fast with cycling, so we might bump into a dreamie of yours.
