just a heads up, the average rate is 3.5-5mil. so you would have to go up to 35-50 mil-ish... good luck though

If you can't afford it you probably shouldn't ask for it.
Tbt goes for at least 3.5m. So if you can't offer at least 35m then no one will sell it to you. Essentially you are offering 1.5 mill. Which isn't even half of what it goes for.

There are at least ten active threads right now buying at 4m. And I'm sure people would rather get what their tbt is worth than half of what it's worth.
I'm just saying.
Why not try posting or selling items if to need it.
