A cool trick is to do the villager reset trick when you only have 8 villagers and no smugs in your town on a day you know someone is set to move in. If you get "locked" into the smug personality there really isn't that many smugs and you'd have a higher chance of getting him then you normally would.Okay cool! I normally leave wifi ratings out of habit immediately but don't want to make you feel like you have to or anything. XD
