ABD doesn't go for that much you probably read it wrong somewhere. You have to save up about 999,999,999 in order to get the ABD from the post office.

If it's the one from post office I guarantee you, you won't be able to sell it at 50-100mil..
you'll be lucky if you do but doesn't even worth that much.

I think there's only two ABD you can obtain, the ABD from post office and 24-hour-shop ABD (7-11)
You're probably talking about the one from post office.

It is harder to get it but it really doesn't worth that much.

The 7 - 11 ABD is technically more rarer than the in game bellpoint, being limited for a limited amount of time obtainable. You can't get the 7 - 11 ABD in-game alone, can you? I've seen the 7 - 11 ABD go for 3 million. 50 million for ABD game-in is far too much.

100 million is when you receive the bellpoint from the post office, along with a new medal from Phineas that says "billion" in its description.

Agreed, especially because the ingame ABD everyone can get, no matter what region, anytime, anywhere. The 7-11 however is only available in Japan, or through trade.

50 mil's a little steep imo. o3o You might find a buyer if you searched hard enough (maybe), but I think most people would sell/buy for considerably lower.
