I’ll also try and tt if he doesn’t say anything after these last few but last time I went through this it was due to the count being off somehow and I didn’t have to tt it walk around or anything I just closed the gates and he prompted it but it’s acting like it’s super off this time for whatever reason..

How many do you need to get Porter to give you the upgrade? I did 60 trips myself.

I just read the posts in this thread and we should be at like 120 visits like I’m so confused and frustrated.
We’ve definitely hit 100 with how much everyone has visited.

She said her town tree was too tiny for her to give her anything. Would it still work even though her tree is tiny?

I had a lightbulb moment.

I think....... I think I have to talk to Isabelle and get the 100% rating and have her tell me about the pwps for Porter to mention he has a train station pwp available. I feel so stupid but I think this is why. My town is literally brand new.

Alright so I completed the villager survey thing and unlocked the ability for pwp’s and ordinances but Porter still won’t prompt anything.
