Buying 1 000 000 Bells for Holiday Stocking

I already have one in my main house but I'm thinking one of those would look real nice in its blue variant in one of the room of my secondary house. So, since it's a fairly rare item, I'll give 1 000 000 bucks to someone willing to sell me one! =D I'd prefer for the trade to happen in my town as well, not that i particularly have room for it but I want to eventually make it to that train station upgrade thing XD
