As for what I've done, I honestly don't know. I've never stolen from my mother and I never was a "rebellious teen" or anything. I just feel like i've just put my whole family through quite a lot, just for being me. if I could go back and be perfect and never hurt my mother at all, i would 100%.

It was late at night and my parents were worried sick. I didn't do it maliciously, though. I had wanted a ring pop that my mom wouldn't buy for me while we were out during the day, so I got the idea to go by myself to the store and get one myself after they fell asleep. We laugh about it now.

When I was 17 my parents and I got into a big fight. While I was leaving I told them that they didn't raise me, that I had been raised by neighbors, grandparents, friends, and myself. I didn't answer their calls and stayed with a friend for 2 days. After I had cooled my head I called them and apologized and went back home. I was malicious this time around, and we don't talk about it any more, so I think of the two this was probably the one that hit them the worst.

Especially because your parents were probably going to use that money to pay for bills or for grocery shopping or even to save it away for your own benefit in the future.
