  • Happy Birthday, Kev! (early actually). Not so long ago, we were both mind blown to find out that we share the same birthday :rolleyes: ... Well, yey. Cake for us. Incoming long-ish post.

    Thanks for being a really great friend and of course, super well-rounded community member (and poet, pssh). I'm really glad I've met someone like you on TBT. :)

    P.S. Sorry it's super early; going to bed now so I'll wish you now! XD
    aaand going to send you a super awesome cake tomorrow (on your actual birthday bc it only makes sense)

    Wendy has been obtained she found her way in on her own, after all the searching, I cannot express how much I appreciated you swooping in when I lost the one on board. Maybe because Walt left peppies started coming around the camp as am missing one. I will mark this on thread so another seeker can find her. And a Roscoe is coming so Cheri will finish off my current towns. When that happens I do have a cycling question as have two extra gifted carts, if you don't mind I will pm it to you when you are free to advise. I know you are busy. Thanks again.
    Yes, exactly, about people having expectations for you. I cycle much too irregularly for that, like I'll go at it for hours a day for a few days, then I won't even touch the game for the next few days. Plus the fact that I refuse to void anyone certainly slows things down when I'm trying to rehome the less-sought-after villagers haha.

    Oh, I don't know what I'm talking about, I'm sure there are other cyclers that send out PMs/VMs lol. I'm thinking of some of the bigger cycling threads whose rules I've skimmed through on occasion, but I haven't checked out that many recently since I haven't been on the villager hunt for a while. (And is it just me, or are there way less cycling threads than there were a few months ago? Possibly because school's started again for most, or maybe more people are just losing interest in the game?)
    Whoops, I was exhausted and went to sleep really early last night. :p

    I don't get into the TBT trade much but dang, 100 TBT is worth quite a bit nowadays isn't it? That's really generous. Yeah, iirc the people who picked up Midge and Doc from me were the ones I got gifts of rare hybrids/items from, and they are certainly unpopular, honestly I was just happy that anyone wanted them at all, haha.
    Yeah, no one is answering to my thread. It's an Auction or Buy Out thread. x: I just hope I can find someone. I don't want to have to eventually void him. x.x;
    Hey Zul. Sorry I didn't respond til now. How've you been? I'm trying to auction/sell Pietro. x.x;
    Amazing how entitled some people act. You seem to go more out of your way to help people get the villagers they want than many other cyclers I've seen, as most wouldn't bother with VM notifications like you do. I'd be afraid of encountering people like that if I ever started an official "cycling thread", which is why for now I just stick to making individual topics for villagers, haha.

    And that is really sweet! I see a lot of your collectibles were gifts. Yes, the extra nice, appreciative people always make up for the few bad apples. Earlier today I gave Renee to someone who had her as a dreamie for a while and she was so excited and thankful, that one was definitely worth it. :)
    It's cool. Sorry to make you wait. I was just about to head to bed before I checked the thread.
    Added you and am loading up the game now. Thank you so much for doing this ^_^
    Yes, I remember you commenting on my thread when I started my second town and was excited to have Amelia as a starter. She's so pretty, and so underrated. And although I'd hesitate to give myself the title of "cycler" since I cycle so slowly, ha, that's sweet of you to say, thank you! It's nice to feel appreciated. I've given away a few villagers recently to people who didn't even thank me. But I'm sure with the amount of cycling you've done you've run into your fair share of experiences like that. :p
    Haha I see, ok! Well good to know she'll be safe in your hands. :) Thanks again!!
    Ok, gate's open! Kai from Swansea.

    And is that how it works? Wouldn't you have to get her to move again? Or am I misunderstanding haha
