Sorry to hear that you've dealt with similar instances. (Though I imagine most people have.) I would really just rather they said they weren't interested. It would at least put me at ease. But I've already responded to them there and VMed them that I left them a message on that thread, asking if they had seen it. It's disappointing to be overlooked/ignored for reasons unknown, but that's life, I suppose.
