Hi! Just wondering, but do you need Tinctures for Culex's guide? I didn't see anywhere if it said you need them or not. Thought I should ask you because you seem to know those types of things.

I swear I saw someone renting out for 20k and they were loaded with customers. Must've changed now, though, I'd never rent for that price.
I just have one question, though. With the tinctures, are you supposed to tincture them after they hit level 25, or? I'm sort of confused on why the tinctures are required, lol.
