I try the auto for our AC usually as it keeps it cool while not wasting too much energy
Especially with the perfect temperature (breeze through window), that may just be me. Get's so damn hot in my room stupid rising heat ;_;
Plus, I love the quiet breezy night, so nice to have some solitude xD
