Now if I determined its base stats, its physical attack and physical defense stats are poor (like Base 10 for Attack), its HP and special attack stats are fantastic (like Base 150 for Special Attack). It also has access to the light-based moves (such as Power Gem) and special Ice moves (including Freeze-Dry).
