Unfortunately that's not the case. :/ In my first giveaways, I made sure they had to put effort in with taking pictures etc.

It didn't filter them all out.

It depends on the person really. I've had a couple of people demand their prizes right off the bat. Then they wonder why I have to snap back at them.
There are people who appreciate it though.

I've stopped doing 100million giveaways for a while now, since it takes forever and a day to drop all the bell bags. I just don't have the time at the moment.
