As long as you have 9/10 villagers, move forward 5 days after the last person moved in or out, then keep going in 1 day jumps until someone pings you to leave.Say it was the 20th on your game, and someone asks you to leave on the 25th? Say no and jump forward to one day after the date they planned on leaving (So in that case, 6 days) until he asks to leave.
Make sure you talk to him loads too! -
