AHHH YOU SHOULDDD XD You don't need a popsicle to join! cx You can just be added on to the Popsicles in Freezing if you request it! There are many members who don't have popsicles yet :'D So they are currently on the other roster, but they are free to do as much as anyone on the official roster can! The only difference between the official roster and the freezing roster is that those in the official roster (with popsicles) can get free Badges/GFX from me, perks for SOME giveaways/raffles, and a few tiny things XD
