Also, what my school considers community service is things that seem to require you to be extremely social, talkative, and affable and that's really difficult for me to do. I imagine it's difficult for lots of other students too! It's a frustrating requirement for sure. A lot of people lie their way through their hours but I couldn't do that. Plus it's risky! (And morally wrong I suppose LOL )

I did submit something! Now that I've seen your house and character description I feel intimidated! I like yours a lot, it's really cute! My room is extremely basic and all I did for the description is give a very boring outline of what she looks like. I honestly am very happy with it though and I feel like it's at least somewhat original! I'll PM you! I didn't have a lot of time to put it together because I didn't see it until the night before, so it was sort of hectic and I still didn't get half of what I needed! But I made do with what I managed to gather!

All school's here do it! Basically, everybody is required to complete 40 hours of community service or they're not allowed to go to the graduation ceremony or even technically graduate. Honestly it's really annoying :/ They're strict with what is considered community service and it seems that anything that offers a fair amount of hours requires you to pay. I was supposed to help out at an event that would have given me 6 - 8 hours but they wanted me to collect a minimum of 40.00$ in donations before I could even volunteer for them and it was like? I imagine the donations were going towards a good cause and that's awesome! But I don't have that sort of money to donate all in one go and I don't feel comfortable asking others for it either. Maybe I'm just being a brat (lol!) The requirement should have been that I donate what I can, because I would have been more than happy to help, and that's more fair as well considering my hours are mandatory.

I haven't exactly graduated, I still have to finish my community service hours. Once I get that done, I'll be graduated!

College and university are a bit different here! I'd never be able to get into a university because grades and attendance really really matter (I skipped 50 out of 89 hospitality classes and was late for 23, bad bad bad DON'T EVER DO THIS KIDS, I ended up with 20%!) My parents do want me to go to college (which is easier to get into depending on what you're going for!) but I'm just not interested, at least not right now!

Also oh, I'd love to see your submission sometime! What species of villager did you choose?

I would like to participate in that very badly!! but when I clicked what I thought was a submissions page, it brought me to an empty subforum, so I must have done something wrong?

Oh neat, I wouldn't have guessed that you live in hawaii! I actually have a friend who lives in California and it seems really cool there, so it would definitely be neat if you moved there! It's honestly so boring here, there's not a lot to do at all. I just finished school (kind of?) and I don't work so finding things to keep myself busy is really difficult. :0 Is it boring where you live?
