yeah that's what a lurker is! you lurk for a villager and then when that villager is in boxes i'll send you a vm. lurking for a villager doesn't guarantee that you'll get them though, it's just a heads up for when they're about to move out.

Of course. If they are in boxes, that's when you can buy them. If not, you can reserve, which means you will buy the villager when they are in boxes, and no one else can buy them unless the 24 hour period is over, or you can lurk, and I pm you when they get into boxes.
