Oh, interesting! I'm not entirely certain as it was a while back but I think my sticker shipped from the USA. I recall being miffed about their long processing time (I think it took two days for my order to be marked as shipped, even though I ordered it early on a business day). But it arrived within just a few days of that, maybe 5 days total?

Hahah! It's not actually a Jigglepuff 3ds xl...I just bought a decal and affixed it to my pink and white ds and there you have it!
I've had it on for nearly a year and it still looks pretty good. There's a couple places on the dark ear part where it's been rubbed a bit from being in my bag but it's not peeling or lost color so I'm happy with it. I bought the sticker on Redbubble for less than 3 dollars I think, then just trimmed the white part off with an Xacto knife before applying. I can send you think link to the decal if you'd like?
