It's not easy (hence my HUGE long list of orders T.T) ~ just be firm with them and you'll be fine I suppose. Just not too firm because I've met a few people who almost seem afraid of upsetting me? As if I won't give them their hybrid order if they annoy me bahaha xD

Personally, I'm finding it more difficult to get the time to hybrid and the space in my cycling town for them at the moment T.T the extra stress from people pming me, demanding to know why their order is taking so long doesn't help either
