    I planted some hibiscus bushes along a path, but for some reason there are four that always die when I plant them, despite the fact that there's no trees near them or rocks, etc. I had to put flowers down instead. :c The rest of the path is fine.

    I only met Melba in a dream town prior to the cafe visit.
    You have to have a good balance. It could be you now have too many flowers and trees.

    There might be weeds behind trees. Planting some more flowers could help you keep it at perfect more easily.

    Check with Shizue each day to see what she says. :) If you have a weed appear, it won't necessarily mean you've lost your perfect status.

    Don't chop down any of your trees. :o

    If a villager moves in and takes out some of your trees, plant more in the general area to try and save your status.

    I don't think that's it. In some of the guides for past AC games, they mention if you have x amount of trees then you only need x amount of flowers.

    I was getting new projects while tting too, but I don't want to kill my snowmen again. :c

    I think the ability to change the town hall appears with perfect status too. All of the dream towns I've seen with a different town hall have all had Jacob's ladders. It gives us more of a reason to go through the hassle of getting a perfect town. :)

    The dirt patch may be the project that I've been calling the "sandbox".

    I kept losing it too at first. I swear there are fully grown weeds that appear spontaneously.

    Good luck! :o If you don't have beautiful town law yet, switch to it. It helps a lot.

    Thanks, but some of the music wasn't there. It seemed to have corrupted while downloading, because the hours 1, 2, 3, 10, 11 and 12 AM/PM are the only ones there.

    To get the golden watering can you must have perfect status for 15 consecutive days (or maybe 14?). The day after the fifteen, you get the can from Shizue.

    I should try to get Mint to move in if I see her and I have the room...:o

    Ever since I've had the igloo, I've had campers everyday. I've seen villagers I want, but none of mine are moving out.
    Now that I have the gold watering can, I don't care if a villager moves in and builds a house on some flowers (my new character got a gold can too, which is why I made him now xD).

    It's not too hard to make a perfect town, but maintaining it is. :c
    Make sure to have a nice amount of flowers and trees in each part of your town along with some empty space.

    I like the pyramid, but it's too big and random.
