I haven't been scum in forum mafia before. In TOS I usually get lynched almost immediately cause I suck at it, so I assume the same would be true for mafia here.
Ahh yeah well English is our second official language here because we were colonised by the Brits for over a hundred years. We learn English from primary school all the way to University and continue to use English in bussiness-related matters and in workplaces. We are also a multi-racial country and most of us communicate with each other in English aside from our official national language. Plus, I studied English Language and Literature Studies in uni~ Hope that answers your question^^
