  • It isn't that you flip flop necessarily, you're just not vocal/persuasive enough. If you want the town to listen to you, then you need to put your foot and the sand and let them know that you are CERTAIN this person is mafia, and you're not going to let anyone screw that up.

If you think someone is scum, then you need to approach them dead on. You're like a train going to lynch town, you have to make it apparent that you will lynch that other player. And don't get me wrong, it's fine to challenge your own thoughts of uncertainty, but if you think a player is scummy, then you might be right. And if your wrong, then town will look for someone to blame. YOU are that someone. When s*** hits the fan, you gotta own up to it. This is basically the best advice I can give you about reads.
Yeah, slightly more so than townie, but there are a few smaller things that only factor in once I make a decision on it
SU and Smash it took me under a phase to find out. About 40 hours in-game and maybe 15 minutes doing a quality equalization
Nah, generally its non allignment indicative (wouldnt be surprised if people attack you for doing it the next time it comes up bc of meta though, but you should still do it since its the correct move and it'll only take one game for people to learn that you can self pres).

That game was a rollercoaster though v_v
That is if you thought the other person was blue I guess. But considering theres a chance person 2 could be scum and theres no chance you are, its generally best to self pres
Not in that situation, because there was no other option for you. If someone said you were scummy for self-presing, then theyd be scum (unless for meta I guess lol)
I mean its a good town tell for anyone watching lol, but in terms of objective play, yeah, its bad that you don't. When you don't, you're basically saying the other lynch candidate is more likely to be town than you are.
self preservation. At the end of the day, lynch would have swung in favor of Abe had you voted for him, keeping yourself alive. Even if you didnt scumread him, voting for him would be an act of self-preservation, hence the term.

You dont tend to do that as town lol
nah, woulda been townlocked pretty sure had you been cleared D1. Your lack of self-pres was a clear towntell.
well i read it as in you don't let other's opinions influence yours a lot of the time
dont have it yet v_v but splatfest was really fun!

It pretty much plays like the first game lol
Hi friendly reminder that you haven't voted in the game yet, make sure you do this ty
I didn't think so but I'm pretty new at this haha, anyway at least you survived!
