    nonono its really not that hard!!!!!!! uninstall, blade and soul and everything first, you can do that in program settings
    you can change firewall settings by just going to the search bar and searching for "firewall"
    you can de frag ur hard drive by searching for "de frag" and it will come up
    and i recomend spybot search and destroy for cleanup software! its rlly easy to use ^^

    aaa mine had the same error, but i reinstalled it again without the VPN shield, so maybe try unistalling EVERYTHING and reinstalling? tbh im nto really good at tech help when imo on 3 shots of vodka but i mean ill do my best?????????
    id probably say try changing ur proxy settings, de fragging ur hard drive, and trying a new virus cleaner? u mentione du have a lot of crap on there, so try and clear that out/ that could help ^^

    tho, weird that it worked before and doesnt now :o have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? only if u want to tho lol, i dont want to foce you to play a game you dont want to play!
