We're basically making daily daycare routines in our general class. In our observation we're doing audio recordings instead of taking down notes. It's to practice for future parent/teacher nights. We're supposed to use terms without hesitation and we're supposed to explain each term right after using it (while sounding unscripted). In our cooking class, we're learning new recipes (that take under 5 minutes to prepare). In our cooking class we're trying to create simple recipes where children can join in and help out. In our Growth & Development class, we're learning first-hand about special needs in young children.
