hi no worries! all welcome amiibo villagers are adoptable.
however sanrio (rilla, marty, étoile, chai, chelsea, toby) and amiibo figure villagers (cece, epona, felyne, ganon, inkwell, medli, viché, wolf link) are not adoptable unless you scan in the cards or amiibo figures themselves. some people get confused by what i mean but basically even if they're in boxes in my town, they won't offer the option to move into another person's town. hope that helped!
